LAURA COWELL

Laura Cowell is a highly experienced executive leader who serves as the CEO of Australian Operations for Tender Loving Care. She brings a wealth of knowledge in project management, business operations and general/strategic management, having worked across various sectors including corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations.

Apart from her professional expertise, Laura is also involved in several community initiatives. She is the President of the Sutherland Shire Football Association, where she shares her passion for the game with over 19,000 players across 26 member clubs. She is also a dedicated advocate for those suffering from rare diseases, running a charity called Fibrous Dysplasia McCune Albright Syndrome Australia, which is very close to her heart as she is also affected by this condition. Laura serves on the board of the Genetic Alliance, where she connects with others and facilitates support for numerous genetic disorders, expanding her advocacy beyond Fibrous Dysplasia McCune Albright Syndrome Australia.

Laura’s commitment to serving the community does not end there. She is also a local councillor, ensuring that she stays connected to the community, understands their needs, and acts as their voice in the local government. Additionally, she dedicates her time and energy to the board of Community Minds, a charitable initiative that gives back to the community.
